The Institute of Corporate Directors Zimbabwe (ICDZ) is delighted to invite nominations for the 2025 Zimbabwe Awards – The 100 Most Influential CEOs, Managing Directors & General Managers. This prestigious recognition celebrates outstanding leaders in the public, private, and non-profit sectors who are shaping Zimbabwe’s future through vision, resilience, innovation, and purpose-driven leadership.

✨ Who Can Be Nominated?

  • CEOs, Managing Directors, and General Managers currently serving in Zimbabwe or with significant Zimbabwean operations.
  • Leaders who have demonstrated excellence in governance, strategic growth, innovation, and community impact.
In line with ICDZ’s commitment to inclusivity and diversity, nominations are encouraged for:
  • Women leaders – ensuring gender balance
  • Young leaders under 40 – highlighting the next generation of changemakers
