• Modules 1 through 4: Complete these modules to earn the Professional Director Certification.
• Module 5: Focuses on Governance and the Public Good. Completing this module allows you to designate yourself as a “board member” and enhances your understanding of public sector governance.

Certification Pathway

• After passing the examination, you will receive your certification as Pro.Dir.™
• You will also automatically become a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Zimbabwe.
• Additionally, you will be recognized as a Certified Corporate Director accredited by the Institute of Corporate Directors Zimbabwe (Internationally Recognized).
• Upon completion, you may also become a Certified Professional Director accredited by Professional Director Canada.
